Since the purchase of a new home is oftentimes the single largest purchase a homeowner makes, Cameron Classic Homes takes your new home warranty very seriously. Our multi-faceted warranty complies with, and/or exceeds, the warranty requirements stipulated for home builders in the state of Texas. As a registered home builder with the state of Texas, Cameron Classic Homes strives to provide the homeowner with a home that exudes quality, provides safety and comfort, and minimizes warranty repairs. Please read below for a general overview description of our warranty:

First Year Warranty (Defects in Workmanship)

Cameron Classic Homes warrants that the home will be free from defects in workmanship for those components that do not comply with industry standards as defined by the TRCC. We work closely with our homeowners to resolve these type of warranty issues as quickly as possible.

Second Year Warranty (Mechanicals)

The second year warranty covers the mechanical equipment in the home including the electrical system, central heating and air conditioning systems, the air conditioning ductwork (air distribution), the domestic water supply system, and the sanitary sewer or septic system.

Years One through Ten (Structural)

During the first ten years, Cameron Classic Homes warrants that your home will be free from Major Structural Defects. Major structural components are specified as the foundation system, load bearing stud walls, rafters, floor joists, beams, columns and trusses.
